We use focus groups, dyna-groups, mini-groups, Tactiles®, ethnography, observation and anthropological methods we call Safari Research, benefit-chain laddering, and other qualitative techniques to better understand the components of how people 'feel' about issues and products, how will they react to advertising and marketing messages, and what are the important components of their decisions.
